This was the pièce de résistance from the Ad Hoc At Home cookout that Koen and I had in December: Beef Stroganoff.
A vibrant green and healthy veg packed soup that is really easy to make to boot.
We tried Marley Spoon again for a couple of weeks but in the end postponed it again as the recipes we chose were generally not a success. However, this one was pretty darn good!
The main dish of our recent cookout: a garlic and thyme coated prime rib roast served with a cheesy onion, bacon and baby potato gratin.
