Recently, I have been cooking from Marcus Wareing’s cookbook, Marcus at Home, which was released in the fall of 2016.
Today a quick recipe for a creamy avocado dip sauce.
When I make Baba Ganoush (roasted aubergine dip), I always use the recipe from French chef Franck Dangereux – of The Foodbarn in Noordhoek, South-Africa – as a basis.
I also got George Calombaris’ new cookbook Greek for my birthday. 😀
After last’s year venture in Bali into getting to know the local cuisine first hand, we were unfortunately not able to book a Cape Malay cooking course, but did stumble on something better!
The last part of our pork belly extravaganza was trying to recreate a Filipino dish called Lechon Kawali, which I found over at seriouseats.com
