Finally, an oven risotto that is spot on!
To offset the meaty onslaught of the Burgerweek, I promised Chantal to post some more veggie recipes. No problem, here it goes!
Now tomatoes are getting at their best again, this is a delicious risotto recipe to take full advantage!
